The primary responsibility of an Animal Care Attendant is to follow the directions of the animal care manager of the shelter and to run the shelter area. He feeds each animal in the shelter as prescribed by the attending DVM and records their appetite. He also unpacks, labels and stocks shelter supplies and donations.
