A Forensic Interviewer is responsible for providing culturally appropriate, developmentally sensitive, and legally defensible forensic interviews of children and adolescents for any allegation of abuse made or for any traumatic event witnessed by them. While each case determines the exact duties, the following are certain duties found on the Forensic Interviewer Resume – coordinating, facilitating, and participating in bi-monthly MDT case reviews, taking part in peer reviews, responding to subpoenas and testifying upon request, conducting forensic interviews with children and adolescents; responding to subpoenas and providing testimony, and participating in ongoing professional development.
