The Pastor Resume mentions the following duties and tasks – assisting in church financial matters, overseeing all areas and managing the congregation’s ministry; supporting and overseeing congregation staff; conducting regular staff meeting, ensuring church facilities are functioning well, officiate special services such as baptisms, weddings, funerals, and confirmations; collaborating with choir leaders and integrating music into church services; and attending social events.

To work as a Pastor, the candidate must possess the following skills – comprehensive knowledge of the Bible, strong religious conviction, compassion for struggles and concern for others, impartiality and public speaking skills. Some churches require qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree and some require a Master’s degree in religion, theology or divinity.
