The job profile of a Sommelier is to create and update the wine list in association with the chefs & Food and Beverage Manager in a restaurant. Sommelier’s roles and responsibilities include supervising wine serving and work together with winemakers to refurbish the restaurant’s selections work out for better prices. To get qualify for this role, a Sommelier educational skill should have certification level 4 offered by the Court of Master Sommelier.
