A Gallery Intern is an intern who joins the Gallery to render support services to gallery staff, managers, directors, visitors, and volunteers, and as well as vendors and artists. Although the roles and responsibilities vary by location, and type of gallery, the following are certain core tasks seen on the Gallery Intern Resume – providing administrative services, ordering office and retail supplies, answering phone calls, issuing and managing written correspondence, setting up and confirming appointments, providing desktop publishing support and design mailers, artist background materials, event invitations and brochures; and training volunteers.
