  8. Then we take temperature, respiratory, pulse, blood pressure, and weight each time (vitals) and after rechecking all rooms for laundry, hangers, and not clean areas, we always encourage a bike pedal for each resident and a walk.
  9. Make sure at the end of the shift, you have morning laundry done, and lunch orders ready for the residents who do not eat in the dining room sent down to cafeteria as your shift ends.
  10. Many residents will refuse a lot of interaction and even dinner or medication.
