Lunch Supervisor Resume Samples

A Lunch Supervisor is hired to monitor students who flow in and out of the lunchroom and to make the facility remain safe, calm, and a respectful environment. Daily accountabilities are listed on the Lunch Supervisor Resume as – observing and rectifying any inappropriate behavior, including foul languages, bullying, arguments, fights, and excessive playing, monitoring the rooms closely to avoid potential health risks, making sure students sit where they belong, making sure students clean up and rearrange or put away the furniture, and helping the children who are in the lunchroom. The job description also includes organizing the environment to ensure maximum efficiency during the lunch rush, and reporting anything noticed abnormal to the management.

To work as a Lunch Supervisor, the following skills would be useful – the ability to stay calm, good communication skills, the ability to work as a part of the team, enjoyment of working with children, and the ability to control and supervise them. It could be an advantage if the applicant possesses basic first aid skills and experience of working with children. Formal education is not a must.
