A Records Management Clerk takes charge of monitoring the management of physical, electronic, and audio-visual records that are received at the records department. The job description entails completing the following duties and responsibilities as mentioned on the Records Management Clerk Resume – assisting in the implementation of the records management systems from document creation to the final phase; collecting, and accessing archived records, serving as a liaison between decentralized classifications and the records section, sorting and eliminating unnecessary documents, preparing documents and photocopying them, digitalizing and controlling the image produced, filling index fields, and serving as back-up and participating in the implementation of the bank’s disclosure and access to information policy.
